Refund & Cancellation

https://basics-nutrition.com/ OR “Sucheetah Health Foods Private Limited” does not entertain cancellation, refund or returns after the order is successfully placed on the portal. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

Requests will ONLY BE CONSIDERED in the following cases:

1. Applicable for Refund:

If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days if Sucheetah Health Foods Pvt Ltd fails to ship the ordered products.

2. Applicable for cancellation and refund:

If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies. We will automatically inform you on the same

3. Applicable for replacement or refund:

In case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition

4. Processing – replacement:

Buyer has to inform https://basics-nutrition.com/ OR “Sucheetah Health Foods Private Limited” via email hello@basics-nutrition.com within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address, with their order details and supporting pictures. From the date of written confirmation of replacement to the customer, the replacement products will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

5. Processing – refund:

Buyer has to inform https://basics-nutrition.com/ OR “Sucheetah Health Foods Private Limited” via email hello@basics-nutrition.com within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address, with their order details and supporting pictures. From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days. The amount will be refunded in the customers mode of payment.

NO Refund will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations.

Further, NO refunds will be given in the following cases:

1. Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
2. Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
3. Refusal to accept products
4. Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by
the customer other than the customer himself
5. Force majeure event
6. In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer
